The case stems from a 2022 shooting at a Los Angeles gas station, where Quando Rondo was targeted but escaped unharmed, while his cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson, was fatally shot. Lil Durk’s lawyers have previously attempted to get the charges dismissed, citing insufficient evidence and prosecutorial misconduct. With the trial set for January 2026, Lil Durk remains behind bars after multiple failed attempts to secure bail.²
