This woman gave us Ozzy. She picked him up, brushed him off and made him the man he became without Sabbath. She built his solo career. THEN she got the band back together for Ozzfest. She gave us the rebirth of Sabbath. Then she brought the cameras into their home so we could get to know her and her family and witness Ozzy off stage. We owe her everything! One day she’ll be gone and I hope we will all honor her as we have him. God Bless Sharron….

I’ve ummed and ahhed about posting in here for the last week or so – more so since Tuesday. So here it goes… I didn’t go to the gig, but I am so happy that so many of you got to go, and had the most incredible celebration you could. Some of you may know that a week after your wonderful gig took place, Ozzy and his family actually made an appearance at Comic Con Midlands (NEC). I knew then why I hadn’t got a ticket to the gig – this was finally my time to meet the man himself.

Damn this is a hard day. July has completely leveled me as a person. So much loss, grief and sadness. Dad had Elvis growing up. I had Ozzy. Over the years we both grew to appreciate each other’s musical icons. I forced Pop to listen to every Ozzy album growing up he probably knew Crazy Train be heart. I can sing Houndog note for note too. July took Dad and Ozzy, and Bobby Jenks, Hulk Hogan, Sandburg and more people I had ties with, two more Mothers and another Father of friends. Never has a timeline battered me like this, ever.

It would be cool to get to know new people, make new friends and possibly hear Ozzy stories like if you met him, went to his concerts and or hear about what’s it’s like over in his hometown! I so wish I could travel! I’m in Georgia. Lastly i love them all so I wanted to reach through my phone’s screen and hug them..Especially Sharon and Kelly. Sharon looks so fragile! I’m definitely going to keep praying for them! Rip prince of darkness!
