After helping the Cleveland Browns make it to the postseason and taking home the AP Comeback Player of the Year Award, Joe Flacco is on his way to the Indianapolis Colts.

The individual spoke under the condition of anonymity because the contract is still pending. With incentives, Flacco’s contract could be worth up to $8.7 million.

When Cleveland contacted Flacco in November, the Super Bowl MVP for Baltimore, he was at home in New Jersey with his family. He tossed for over 300 yards and 13 touchdown passes in four consecutive games, going 4-1 in his five starts. His desire to remain in Cleveland was to Richardson, the fourth overall selection in the previous year’s draft, had a 2-2 record with the Colts prior to suffering a shoulder injury that ended his season. Minshew led Indianapolis to a 7–6 victory.

With their dominant front 7, the Baltimore Ravens topped the NFL in sacks during the 2023 season, causing havoc for opposing offensive lines all throughout the league. Even more unexpectedly, veteran OLB Jadeveon Clowney rediscovering his skills as a sack artist for Baltimore, trailed behind star DT Justin Madubuike in the charge.

The veteran lineman might now end up playing for his hometown team in free agency, which puts the Ravens at danger. “A possible homecoming in Carolina: The #Panthers will host three-time Pro Bowl selection and Rock Hill, S.C. native Jadeveon Clowney on a visit to this week, sources say,” wrote NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo on Wednesday, March 13.

In addition, the veteran recorded 19 quarterback hits and 43 total tackles, lending seasoned leadership to the Ravens’ formidable defence.

“Clowney has interest from a few teams, including the #Ravens, but is exploring a return home first,” Garafolo continued in his article.

According to Spotrac’s market value tool, Clowney could fetch $7.2 million in a one-year deal, but following his season with the Ravens, he might be seeking a bit more stability.
