Thursday, February 1st, updated. In 2024, Oliver Bearman, a graduate of the Ferrari Driver Academy, will act as the team’s backup driver for both Ferrari and Haas F1.

 

Along with his Formula 2 obligations, where he will compete for Prema once more, the 18-year-old will be available to the team in case one of Nico Hulkenberg or Kevin Magnussen needs to step in.

 

Bearman will be able to participate in six Free Practice sessions at the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, Spanish Grand Prix, British Grand Prix, Hungarian Grand Prix, Mexico City Grand Prix, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in his new capacity as Haas reserve driver for the 2024 season.

It has finally been confirmed, after months of rumours, that Red Bull’s second team, which was once known as AlphaTauri and later Scuderia Toro Rosso, will rebrand once more as Visa Cash App RB starting in the 2024 Formula One season.

 

Not very catchy, but profitable? Given that the Visa brand has agreed to become a global partner for parent company Red Bull in addition to supplying the name for the old AlphaTauri group, it appears that this is a very lucrative arrangement.

 

Consequently, in 2024, the Visa logo will be displayed on each of the four Red Bull vehicles, and the Visa colours will also be utilized
