In a seven-game series leading into the postseason, the Miami Heat are the team the Celtics should be most afraid of, according to former Celtic Paul Pierce. Given the past experiences of both teams, the response is not too unexpected.
In the last four years, the Celtics and Heat have faced off in three separate postseason games, all of which have taken place in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Heat has won two of those three meetings; the most memorable series occurred last year when the Heat, ranked eighth, defeated the Celtics.
You can’t really blame Boston supporters for feeling a little traumatised by the thought of the Celtics and Heat facing each other in the postseason, despite the fact that the Heat are not as good as they were the previous season.
Five years have passed since the Knicks traded Kristaps Porzingis to the Celtics, but the fans’ jeers have returned now that Porzingis is in Boston.

Anthony Edwards has come under fire from Draymond Green for the way he approached the games and activities during All-Star weekend.
Edwards undoubtedly contributed to the All-Star Game’s lack of respect, which is already a problem for NBA fans.
“It’s a break,” he declared to the press. Nobody seems to want to come here and compete, in my opinion.
Green found Ant’s carefree demeanour and approach to the entire weekend irritating.
The Draymond Green Show said, “For Anthony Edwards, who was in his first All-Star game that he was actually voted into… saying, ‘We don’t wanna be here, I don’t wanna play.'” “All-Star Game MVP is a major item on guys’ resumes. Why a young Anthony Edwards wouldn’t want his name is beyond me.
