Following a plane crash, Super Bowl champion Bruce Collie says his daughter “died living what she wanted to do.”

The former football star talked about his loss and his recollections of his daughter Devyn Reiley following the accident of the aircraft she was flying during World War II.

After his daughter Devyn Reiley passed away, former NFL player Bruce Collie is speaking out.

Collie told ABC station WBAY-TV that he is unsure of what happened to his eldest child, who died on Saturday at an airshow in Wisconsin after the World War II-era T-6 Texan she was piloting, along with family friend Zach Colliemoreno, fell into Lake Winnebago.

We don’t know what happened, but she was put to the test a lot, the 61-year-old two-time Super Bowl champion added. “It’s really irrelevant that the NTSB is going to release something after three years, two years, or three years, obviously.”

Nevertheless, the 30-year-old Texas native, who is also the father of twelve other children, is certain that Reiley died doing what she loved.

Collie said, ‘She died living. “She lived her life as she desired to live.”

Collie said that Reiley’s passion for aviation dates back to her early years.

“I have pictures of Devyn flying an aeroplane when she was six years old. She was the first of my kids to really take to aviation,” he remarked. “So she had a passion for flying from the start.”

According to the San Antonio Express-News, the pilot and her husband, Hunter Reiley, co-owned a flying school in New Braunfels, Texas. According to WBAY-TV, she was also a co-founder of the Texas Warbird Museum.

According to a post on Facebook by Hunter, there will be a memorial ceremony for Reiley on Saturday in San Marcos, Texas, and then another service in Harlingen.

Her father remarked that during it all, he is depending on his faith to provide an explanation for Reiley’s passing.

It’s been difficult, but as a family devoted to Jesus Christ, we are aware that Devyn is not physically here but rather with the Lord, he told WBAY-TV. And I tell my kids that we will meet her there because that is the promise we have in Jesus Christ and his resurrection, even though it seems like she’s gone on a vacation to Mars or something.

The management at Bills believed that Terry Pegula’s private aircraft would crash over the Rocky Mountains.

Josh Allen, if all goes as planned, will eventually establish himself as the franchise quarterback the Buffalo Bills have been searching for for almost twenty years.

It would also be wonderful if Allen performs well, considering everything the team’s power brokers went through to decide that Allen was the player they wanted in the 2018 NFL Draft.

General manager Brandon Beane said, “That was an interesting trip; there’s video evidence somewhere,” alluding to the terrifying incident that occurred aboard club owners Terry and Kim Pegula’s private jet while they were travelling to Laramie, Wyoming, for Allen’s interview and workout.

Using his hands to simulate the jet’s bouncing around in the skies, Beane told reporters, “We were coming in over the mountains and the plane started just doing like this.” “Your head was literally falling off the ceiling.” Terry was standing next to me as we watched a video of Josh on our iPads. As we went through various plays, progressions, and other activities, he literally grabbed on to attempt to get back to his seat as we were bouncing around.

Everyone on board, including Terry Pegula, Beane, offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, coach Sean McDermott, and assistant general manager Joe Schoen, had some terrifying moments when they believed they were about to take a deep dive into the Rockies.

“McD was fairly composed,” Beane remarked, “but I’m like this (his level of fear evident in his wide-open eyes), holding on.” Facetiming his spouse, Daboll is emulating Fred Sanford (of Sanford and Son fame), who frequently believed he was having a heart attack.

The pilot, who navigated through the situation and safely landed the aircraft, said that what had happened was a phenomenon known as a “mountain wave,” which happens when high winds blow across a mountain range. Without delving too much into the meteorological explanation, strong winds can effectively cause terrifying and occasionally fatal turbulence for aircraft.
