declines to compete in the German Masters for “wellness.

Ronnie O’Sullivan, who withdrew from the German Masters in Berlin, says he needs to put his “health and wellbeing” first.

This season, the top player in the world has already won the UK Championship and the Masters.

O’Sullivan, a vocal opponent of the snooker schedule, claims that the season has been difficult.

The 48-year-old posted on X, saying, “I hope to see you all soon and I’m sorry I won’t be there.

I adore the occasion and the German supporters, but I must put my health and wellness first.

“It’s been a tiring and challenging season for me so far, despite how it may seem with the tournament wins so hope you understand.”

The seven-time world champion has won fifteen of the last sixteen games and has only lost three of the 33 thus far this season.

He won a thrilling World Open qualification in Barnsley on Wednesday, capping off his triumph in the World Grand Prix last week with a victory over Alfie Burden.

In the German Masters draw, Barry Pinches will replace O’Sullivan and face Julien Leclercq in the tournament that gets underway on Monday.

To get to the final, Ronnie O’Sullivan defeats Shaun Murphy.

Ronnie O’Sullivan defeated Shaun Murphy 6-2 to go to the final, continuing his quest for an eighth Masters victory.

After defeating Barry Hawkins in the quarterfinals, O’Sullivan made headlines by calling the Alexandra Palace venue “disgusting.” Despite this, he still put on an incredible display of snooker skill to defeat Murphy and advance to his

incredible 14th Masters final.

In addition to his current record of being the youngest champion of the tournament, the 48-year-old may become the oldest player in history to win the Masters by winning the Sunday spectacular. He became the youngest and oldest guy to win the UK Championship after his victory in December.
