The-Day-Of Injury Report: South Carolina

Before the Tennessee Volunteers play South Carolina in the evening, we bring you the complete injury report.

The Tennessee Volunteers are preparing to play host to South Carolina at Neyland Stadium this evening. All week long, the injury report included a number of notable players, but it seemed the Vols escaped many bullets. It should be a major benefit to have a number of important offensive contributors available versus the Gamecocks. As new information becomes available, we will keep updating the list.

Joseph Milton III, IN. According to Heupel, Milton’s earlier visit to the medical centre this week was a preventive measure in keeping with their regular medical needs. “I anticipate him being ready to go play really well,” Heupel stated.
Jaylen Wright from Indiana. After leaving the UTSA game in the first half, Wright did not come back. He will play versus South Carolina, according to a Saturday morning report from On3.
Ramel Keyton from Indiana. Keyton departed the UTSA game and never came back. Although Kelsey Pope stated that he anticipates all of his receivers to be ready for action this weekend, On3 announced early on Saturday that he will participate in the game against South Carolina.

Bru McCoy, IN. After leaving the UTSA game, McCoy never came back. This weekend, Kelsey Pope did state that he anticipates all of his receivers being ready.
Cooper Mays, Indiana. After having surgery six weeks ago, Mays has still yet to make his season debut. Mays will start his first game of the season tonight against South Carolina, per On3.

Keenan Pili is no longer available. After suffering an injury in the first game against Virginia, Pili has not been on the field since. Coach of the linebackers, Brian Jean-Mary, has stated that he is still involved and available, but this injury might keep him out even longer.
Doneiko Slaughter: Subject to doubt. A foot issue has kept Slaughter out of the last two games; his status could change during the game. The South Carolina depth chart has him listed.
Doubtful about Will Brooks. skipped last week’s UTSA game. Not included in the South Carolina depth chart.
