Batshuayi, who is now 30 years old, has dropped down the Fenerbahce hierarchy and no longer starts for the team. To his credit, though, the forward has performed well when given the chance. Batshuayi has made three Super League starts this season, and his stats are excellent. He has scored twice, assisted once, and scored in a start for the Europa Conference League. The former Borussia Dortmund player appears to only require regular playing time.

It was interesting to see not just the player—I kind of knew the quality Michy had and it’s always good to see that up close—but also the personality, according to former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard, who expressed his admiration for Batshuayi via the club’s official website.

“Since the beginning of the season, his training methods, attitude, and quality when he plays—which is undoubtedly the most crucial aspect—have all been excellent.

Frank Lampard, the former manager of Chelsea, said of Batshuayi on the club’s official website that he was impressed with both the player and the personality. “I kind of knew the quality Michy had and it’s always good to see that up close,” Lampard said.

“His training regimen, attitude, and playmaking quality—which is by far the most important factor—have all been outstanding since the start of the season.
