The Green Bay Packers concluded theirs without any similar worries. But with practice week coming to an end, the two teams have switched roles ahead of Sunday’s wild-card game.

Stephon Gilmore, who dislocated his shoulder in the Week 18 victory in Washington, underwent an intensified workout on Friday. Jaire Alexander, on the other hand, hurt his ankle during practice on Wednesday and hasn’t returned to the football pitch. Gilmore’s recovery was so good that he didn’t even receive a game designation of doubtful.

There was a real doubt about the starting cornerback position for the Dallas Cowboys at the close of the regular season.

Cooper Rush has become the newest of the six Cowboys players who have been watched this week. Although it seemed the team had overcome the sickness, Rush was absent from practice on Friday. Hopefully, within the next 48 hours, nobody else contracts the cold.

Take a look at the entire list of injured players along with their weekly results.

Jaire Alexander, a Packers CB, has a questionable ankle and shoulder.

Dan Quinn, the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys, may be getting closer to taking on a head coaching position. We’ll update you on developments in this episode of News and Notes, including which well-known team is involved. We also have updates regarding Philadelphia’s personnel changes, including why Dallas might not want to hire their new defensive coordinator and who the former Cowboys staff member might be talking to take over as the team’s offensive coordinator.

In other places, four Cowboys are contending for some very high honours, but their rivals are from within their own locker room. Join us as we celebrate championship weekend by learning which past Cowboy is just one game away from a Super Bowl, where the Cowboys rank among the NFC’s finest title games, and which AFC running back was the victim of a strange stray this week from a Dallas defence. We hope that the rookie class of this year will defy history and go covert with the team’s hidden superstar. Not only that, but Tony Romo’s presence in the Super Bowl LVIII broadcast booth has become somewhat dull.

There is a lot of discussion about the Cowboys’ options with Dak Prescott, but there are actually six. We go over each one, ranking them from least to most likely, and consider the implications for the organization’s future.

With Super Bowl 2024 quickly approaching, Tony Romo and Jim Nantz are in disarray: New York Post

The biggest game of the season will be called by Romo and colleague Jim Nantz in a few weeks, but lately, the CBS crew has been hosting shows that lack chemistry, narrative, entertainment value, and even game analysis. The formerly brilliant Romo sounds like he’s winging it, while Nantz increasingly sounds like the bewildered uncle who takes his time to respond and never quite knows what to say.

After the 2023 season, one “secret superstar” will play for each of the 32 NFL teams.

The ideal candidate to be the Cowboys’ covert superstar is the athlete given the nickname of a Hollywood spy. Osa Odighizuwa, also known as “OO97,” is a 25-year-old defensive tackle who eats gaps, takes on double teams, and opens up space for his teammates to attack. He doesn’t play at the most flashy position in the league. Additionally, he experienced 43 pressures this year.
