Be Aware Before You Travel
Visit Google Play or the Apple App Store to download the official 49ers app.
To speed up admission at parking and stadium gates, add your tickets and parking cards to G Pay or Apple Wallet.
By choosing “Manage Credit Card” under the Levi’s® Stadium page in the app, you may add your credit card for ordering of concessions.
Policy for Tickets
To access the stadium, visitors who are older than two years old must obtain an event ticket. After admission, there is no re-entry. When guests reach the stadium entrance gates, they should be prepared to scan their tickets. All tickets, regardless of kind, must have a visible barcode. There won’t be an email or print option for the tickets. To enter the event, your mobile ticket has to be visible on your phone.

Visa Box Office
Inside Toyota Gate F at the north end of the stadium, the Visa Box Office opens at 1:15 p.m. The Visa Box Office may potentially have walk-up tickets available.

Parking regulations
To park in a designated stadium parking lot, all attendees must have a valid event ticket or credential in addition to their parking card. For a quicker parking experience, please download the pre-paid parking cards in advance and add them to your mobile wallet.

Limited day-of parking will be available at certain lots. Parking throughout this season will be entirely cashless. During event day, we will only take credit cards for payment.

Tailgating Regulations
Only in certain zones is it acceptable to tailgate. Failure to comply may lead to your eviction from the property without refund. Following kickoff, tailgating will end.

A tailgate is any outdoor gathering by one or more people before, during or after a scheduled stadium event. Any item (such as tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbecues, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food preparation or serving equipment or other items as identified by the City Manager or designee) can be used for this purpose.

Baggage Guidelines
The following bag policy will apply to all events hosted at Levi’s® Stadium. Any bags that enter the stadium must adhere to the regulations regarding baggage. Returned to the patron’s car are any bags that are not in compliance. Baggage check services are not available at Levi’s® Stadium.
