Ramaswamy Explains to Tucker Carlson Nikki Haley Is a ‘Puppet’ for the Establishment in Order to Keep the ‘War Machine Humming’…

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy stated the establishment was behind fellow contender and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley in order to keep the “war machine humming.”

Ramaswamy was asked about the “subtext” he was picking up on regarding the approaching 2024 Presidential Election in an interview with Tucker Carlson.

“I’ve been convinced for a long time, Tucker, that this was not going to be a standard Trump versus Biden race,” Ramaswamy said in an interview. “There have just been enough stares in your direction to make that obvious.” Right? You begin with trials, civil trials, and prosecutions, and then they move on to non-prosecution and illegal deletions from a ballot without trial on the Trump side.”

“The thing that fascinated me about the Biden side of this, though, is you also see some of the same dynamics,” he said. “You see a lot of other things with Biden, the documents case trotting itself out after years, long ago in the Senate.” “Why is the Hunter stuff coming out now, when this has been known for seven years?”

Ramaswamy confessed that he initially expected the bipartisan establishment to nominate Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) or former First Lady Michelle Obama to replace President Joe Biden.

“That’s where I thought this was going,” Ramaswamy added. “It wasn’t what met the eye, for sure. I believe what’s become evident to me now that I’m in the midst of the GOP primary is that the real puppet they’re using isn’t Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama. Actually, I was wrong about it.”

Rather than go with Newsom or the former first lady as a presidential candidate, Ramaswamy stated that the establishment selected a “much more convenient puppet within the Republican Party,” whom he identified as Haley.

“I think that if you just follow exactly who are the very people who are paying to keep Donald Trump off the ballot, or funding the lawsuits that keep Trump off the ballot….” Ramaswamy went on. “Who are these folks supporting? It isn’t Biden. It isn’t even Gavin Newsom. Within the Republican Party, it is Nikki Haley. And I believe that makes for a very handy frontman because they have effectively freed themselves of any claims of partisanship – or democratic partisanship – against Donald Trump.”

Ramaswamy has trailed Trump, Haley, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) in multiple surveys, including a recent USA Today/Suffolk University poll, a Morning Consult poll, and a The Economist/YouGov poll.

Ramaswamy argued with Haley during the Republican presidential debates. During the most recent discussion, Ramaswamy put up a banner that read “Nikki = Corrupt” and criticised her “authenticity.”

During the third discussion, the two got into a heated argument about the social media app TikTok. Ramaswamy became personal when he mentioned Haley’s daughter, to which she replied, “Leave my daughter out of your voice!” Later, she told Ramaswamy that he was “just scum.”

During the third debate, Ramaswamy referred to Haley as “Dick Cheney in three-inch heels.”

During the second Republican presidential debate, Haley told Ramaswamy that she feels “dumber” every time she hears him talk.

During the first Republican presidential debate, Haley told Ramaswamy that he had “no foreign policy experience” on the subject of Ukraine.

Mayorkas Charges Abbott With a ‘Remarkable Failure of Governance’ During Border Crisis

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is criticising Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for transporting migrants to major cities across the country.

Mayorkas was asked about the situation at the US-Mexico border during a CNN appearance on Wednesday.

He said that his staff has been trying to address “the challenges that cities across the country are facing” as they deal with a migrant influx.

The secretary then decided to go after Texas Governor Rick Perry.

“Let me identify one fundamental problem here,” Mayorkas explained.

He went on to say, “And that is the fact that we have one governor in the state of Texas who is refusing to cooperate with other governors and other local officials and coordinate efforts to address a challenge … which this country should stand united to address, that our country is facing.”

“And it’s a remarkable failure of governance to refuse to cooperate with one’s fellow local and state officials,” he went on to say.

His remark follows the announcement that immigration officials processed over 300,000 migrants in December, setting a new monthly record.

In 2022, Abbott began busing migrants to Democratic-led cities in an effort to raise awareness about the border problem.

“One thing is perfectly clear, and that is the Biden administration and a lot of leaders in Congress have no idea about the chaos they have caused by their open border policies,” the governor told reporters at the time.

“And they refuse to come down and see firsthand and talk to the people who are truly most adversely affected,” he concluded. And if they don’t come to the border, I’ll bring the border to them.”
