Woman accused of applying for nursing jobs in Alberta, B.C. with fake documents
A woman who is accused of applying for nursing jobs in B.C. and Alberta with what authorities say are forged documents has been charged. The Central Saanich Police Service says the 34-year-old is facing three charges related to forgery and fraud. According to a release, police were contacted by Island Health staff in October after Charrybelle Talaue had applied for a nursing job “using suspicious documents in her application.” Through their investigation, police say they were informed by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives that the woman “was not, and never has been, a Registered Nurse” in the province.
It is also suspected that Talaue applied for other jobs in B.C. and Alberta under the aliases Charrybelle Perez Talaue, Charrybelle Talaue Baldesancho, Belle Talaue, Belle Marie, Charrybelle Baldesancho, Charie Talaue, Yves Anglehart, Belle Yves Talaue Anglehart, and Charie Talaue.
