Celtics Injury Report: A PLAYER  FROM CETLICS   prospects are not good on the new in-season tournament courts.

Jaylen Brown’s stellar Boston Celtics season has yet another setback. Due to an illness, the shooting guard had already missed Wednesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers. After that, he came off the bench for Friday’s game against the Toronto Raptors, where he finished with three rebounds, four assists, and the highest point total of the game—23. With a little assistance from Kristaps Porzingis and Jayson Tatum, his outstanding play helped the Celtics win 108-105.

Sadly, though, Jaylen Brown stumbled on the brand-new in-season tournament court during the game. He hurt himself once more and won’t be able to play for a while.

Unfortunately, though, Jaylen Brown tripped during the match on the recently installed in-season tournament court. He’s going to be sidelined for some time because he injured himself again.

The NBA’s new In-Season Tournament featured the game on Friday. Every team in the league received new courts as part of the tournament, in addition to new jerseys and prize money. The playing conditions on these floors were the subject of complaints.

After tripping and falling, Jaylen Brown expressed his displeasure with the in-season tournament floor, saying, “I think as players we’re all here for the in-season tournament because it is going to generate revenue, excitement, and competition, but we’ve got to ensure the floor is safe to play on.”

Brown wasn’t the only person who thought this. Both teams’ players voiced their dissatisfaction with the floor. They are not alone, though, as other athletes have voiced similar reservations regarding the new courts.

Precious Achiuwa of the Raptors expressed a similar sentiment to Brown when he said, “I felt myself slip a few times.” I believe the color works well for me. All I want to do is shoot hoops. The extras are just that—extra. I’m not trying to get hurt; all I want to do is play basketball.

The NBA needs to act to restore safety to these courts in light of growing concerns about the current state of affairs. We do not wish for Brown’s case to recur. What do you think about this? Inform us.
