Dak Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, has filed a lawsuit against a woman who he claims tried to extort him for $130 million by accusing him of sexual assault during his rookie season.
The suit, filed on Monday in Collin County, Texas, identifies the woman who made the claims as a defendant, as well as her attorneys, Bethel Zehaie and Yoel Zehaie.

NBC News’ attempts to reach the woman and her lawyers were fruitless on Wednesday. NBC News does not normally name alleged sexual assault victims.
“Dak and his lawyers are trying to be bullies, play hardball, and victim blame,” Bethel Zehaie told The Washington Post. “We are not afraid of the truth.
