“Hey guys, just wanted to let you know I’m unfortunately withdrawing from the Champions of Champions event tomorrow,” O’Sullivan posted on X, the former name for Twitter.

I want to take care of both my physical and emotional well-being because I feel a little worn out and anxious. I apologize to all of my fans, but I promise to return stronger.

O’Sullivan is expected to return to action in the UK Championship in York later this month.
