The Raiders lost Josh Jacobs in free agency and have not done much to replace him. Zamir White and Alexander Mattison leave a lot to be desired, and Pierce should be an upgrade. Vegas believes they can compete in 2024, so they might as well trade a late-round selection and have Dameon Pierce try and lead

And while he confirmed that he’s not worried about the lack of talks regarding a new deal, he did hint at the possibility of him departing from the team after this season. I love this game and love to play and love to better myself as a player and my teammates around me.”

“Right now it’s with the Dallas Cowboys. It’s where I want to be and that’s where I am and that’s the focus. And after this season we’ll see where we’re at and if the future holds that … and then if not, we’ll go from there.”
