DONE DEAL : Buffalo bills Sign Stefon Diggs To Three-Year Extension..

In February, the Houston Texans were 10-to-1 favourites to land the four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver, while the Buffalo Bills were heavy favourites (-300) to keep him.

Although the odds still point to a return to Buffalo, there has been a change in those odds over the past month with Houston moving up the board. As of March 18, Buffalo was the new favourite (-230) according to DraftKings’ updated odds, while Houston was raised to +550, once again ranking third behind the Dallas Cowboys (+400).

The Cowboys, who have been unproductive in free agency, have dipped to +850 to sign Diggs, while Houston has increased their price to +350 in the most recent market movement. Houston’s implied likelihood of making a huge splash is 22.22% based on those odds.

Cryptic social media posts can only move the needle so much, but it still seems like Diggs is open to a move to a different organization after Buffalo’s latest playoff shortcoming in the AFC Divisional Round a few months ago.

Benoit, 25, has played a larger role than expected in Toronto this season and has quickly become a fan favorite. Few expected the Quebec native to even make the NHL after he went undrafted and failed to secure an NHL deal when his time in major junior hockey with the QMJHL’s Shawinigan Cataractes ended in 2018. He began his professional career on a minor league contract with AHL San Diego in 2018-19, impressing with a defensively sound rookie season and earning an entry-level contract from the Ducks near the end of the season.
