Caitlin Clark named 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year

Caitlin Clark, the Indiana Fever’s standout 22-year-old guard, has been named the 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year, narrowly missing a unanimous decision by just one vote. Out of 67 ballots from sportswriters and broadcasters, Clark received 66 first-place votes, with Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese capturing the remaining one.

Clark’s rookie campaign was extraordinary, shattering several WNBA records. She set the league’s single-season marks for points scored (769), assists (337), and three-pointers made (122).
