SAD NEWS: Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton has passed away.
Nico Hulkenberg has established himself as a reliable Formula One driver since his debut in 2010. Over the course of his 14-year career, the 36-year-old German has made 209 starts but has never won a race, despite coming close several times.
He had previously held the record for the most starts without finishing on the podium for a significant period of time. He now has more starts without a win than the previous record. Andrea de Cesaris held the record before Hulkenberg’s 209th start in Miami.
Hulkenberg has demonstrated his ability to accelerate a vehicle, most notably doing so when driving for Haas since the start of the 2023 season. But luck hasn’t been on his side because there are some incredibly talented drivers on the grid, and he hasn’t yet had the opportunity to drive a magnificent car.
Hulkenberg has had opportunities to win in the past. He was the first driver to qualify for Force India in the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix, for example. His dreams of winning the first race were crushed when he crashed with Lewis Hamilton, who was leading.
