On Sunday, the Chicago Sky, led by Angel Reese, lost to the Seattle Storm. Reese played a great game, setting a league record with her 13th consecutive WNBA triple-double. It was insufficient to guarantee her a triumph.
Monday was a rest day for the Sky as they prepared for their WNBA matchup with the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday. Reese is at the hair salon passing the time she has off from the court. Reese wrote, “I’m sitting in the chair right now getting a new style,” in a post on X Monday.
“Yall me and wigs don’t go together i can’t keep up with lace AT ALL and im not wearing no headband anywhere,” Reese continued, giving details about her future hairdo.
It appears like Reese will be sporting a new hairstyle when her Sky team plays the Dream on Wednesday.
Reese seemed eager to give up her headband style and maybe sport something more organic, even if she has been rocking one in recent games.
