Latest Bulldogs News: A 4-star Alabama RB commit is currently considering Georgia as a potential option.

Anthony Rogers, a four-star running back recruit, intends to return to the Georgia Bulldogs. Rogers visited Georgia earlier this spring and has been committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide since June 2023.

“I remain dedicated to Alabama,” Rogers declared in a recent Rivals interview. “I am simply examining other educational institutions to ensure that I am the best fit for my future.”

Rogers attends Montgomery, Alabama’s Carver High School, where he plays football. He played football for Pike Road High School and IMG Academy in the past.

According to 247Sports, Rogers is the class of 2025’s fourth-best running back. The 190-pound, 5-foot-8 running back is ranked No. 11 in Alabama and No. 118 among recruits nationwide. Rogers plays basketball and track.

The standout running back from Carver possesses exceptional speed, which could help him succeed at the next level. Rogers is a cunning and extremely elusive runner.

In all, 17 players have committed to Georgia football for the class of 2025, including Bo Walker, a three-star running back from Cedar Grove. The Bulldogs are probably hoping to add another running back to their haul in the 2025 cycle, as Georgia normally adds two running backs per cycle.
