BAD NEWS: Dak Prescott have Just pass away today due to…

Until Dak Prescott either wins a Super Bowl (or at least gets over the NFC Divisional hump) or decides to leave the Dallas Cowboys, his future with the team will continue to be a contentious topic of conversation. Prescott’s present contract situation is one that Dallas management has said it is ready to let run its course, meaning that this time next year he will be a free agent.
During a recent interview on “The Pat McAfee Show,” an ESPN NFL source hinted at the prospect, which the show’s namesake, Pat McAfee, referred to as “an ESPN dream.”

Schefter remarked, “I think Dak is a really good quarterback” (h/t Doug Rush of GMEN HQ). “Dallas might want him back if and when he becomes a free agent in his net year. There will be plenty of teams interested in signing Dak Prescott as a genuine unrestricted free agent on the open market, though there might be a team that needs a quarterback—the Giants, the Panthers, who knows—if we go down the list at this time.”

Dallas supporters might be able to accept Prescott going to the Carolina Panthers, especially since it would be the first step in what could be a protracted reconstruction. However, witnessing him don the uniform of an enduring adversary might be unbearable.

At quarterback, New York, which has historically been against rebuilds, faces a dilemma. Daniel Jones, the current starter, will undoubtedly face pressure from veteran Drew Lock as well as a possible rookie selected with the sixth choice in the upcoming draft. In 2022, the Giants made the playoffs because to Jones’ arms and legs, but if they find themselves in a passing situation again, they may be looking to make some changes.
