Penix’s collegiate career began slowly at Indiana, but during his final two seasons at Washington, he blossomed. After throwing for 2 yards in 2022, the 6-foot-2, 216-pound quarterback was voted AP Comeback Player of the Year and second-team All-Pac-12.

Lloyd began his collegiate career at South Carolina, where he rushed for 10 touchdowns and 801 yards on 175 carries (4.6 avg.) across 21 games, adding 21 receptions for 220 yards and two additional scores. The 5-foot-9, 220-pound back then transferred to USC this past year and gained 820 yards on 116 carries, good for an impressive average of 7.1 yards per carry, to go with nine touchdowns. Lloyd also caught 13 passes for 232 yards.
