What is the age of Carson Beck, the Georgia Bulldogs’ 2023 breakout quarterback? After Stetson Bennett left for the NFL during the offseason, Beck had big shoes to fill. However, he has filled them without missing a beat thus far.
Carson Beck is twenty years old as of this writing. But he will be 21 years old soon. On November 19, 2002, he was born.
Beck will turn 22 midway through his rookie season and start his debut season at age 21 if he chooses to enter the 2024 NFL Draft following his redshirt junior season.
Compared to Stetson Bennett, Beck’s age is a sharp contrast. Bennett, an NFL rookie who turned 26 in October, was 25 years old throughout the most of the 2022 season.
The Georgia Bulldogs had better hope that starting quarterback Carson Beck stays around for the 2024 season because their No. 2 quarterback is now taking his talents to one of their rivals.
According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, Georgia quarterback Brock Vandagriff has transferred to the University of Kentucky. Vandagriff entered the transfer portal on Monday, as did many other players across the country.
The former five-star quarterback was a redshirt sophomore and completed 12 of 18 passes for 165 yards and two touchdowns this past year. He also had 39 rushing yards.
With a national television audience watching, Georgia quarterback Carson Beck was facing overwhelming noise and a 10-0 deficit at the start of the second quarter.

With a touchdown and an interception on 23 of 33 passes for 313 yards, Georgia won its 22nd straight game to advance to 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the SEC.

With Beck and offensive coordinator Mike Bobo in perfect sync, the Bulldogs put together lengthy scoring drives that lasted 11, 10, 10, 7, and 7 plays. They also converted on an astounding 8 of 13 third downs.
