Dariq Whitehead and Ben Simmons have been ruled out by the Nets.
JD Davison, Al Horford, Drew Peterson, Jaden Springer, and Xavier Tillman will not be available for the Celtics in the meantime.
Jaylen Brown, an All-Star forward, has a status of doubtful.
