SAD NEWS: He is brutally injured today due to…..

The Dallas Cowboys defeated the Washington Commanders on Sunday to clinch the NFC East, despite missing offensive linemen Tyler Smith and Jonathan Hankins (injury) and Zack Martin (sickness) from the starting lineup.

However, Dallas’ seasoned CB Stephon Gilmore was lost in the process as he appeared to have injured his arm against Washington and was sidelined for the majority of the game.

Fortunately for the Cowboys, he personally stated he will return when Dallas plays at home the following week in the Wild Card round.

Mike McCarthy, the head coach of Dallas, declared from FedEx Field on Sunday night that Gilmore is ready to play against the Packers.

McCarthy added, “He assured me he was okay and would be prepared to leave.

The Cowboys are set to take on the Packers – McCarthy’s former team – in the Wild Card round next weekend.

The Cowboys finished the 2023 regular season at 12-5 on the year. … reaching that mark, and the playoffs, for the third straight season under McCarthy. And now Cowboys Nation hopes that when they do it again next week at A&T Stadium, they do it with a healthy Smith, Hankins, Martin and Gilmore.

Even though they have been sick this week, both of the Cowboys’ starters ought to be available on Sunday.

After skipping practice this week, cornerback Stephon Gilmore and wide receiver Brandin Cooks of the Dallas Cowboys are expected to play against the Bills in Week 15, according to a source that was shared with NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

This week’s injury report featured numerous Cowboys players—including Cooks, Gilmore, and linebacker Micah Parsons—with illnesses cited as the reason for their absence. Parsons, however, appears to have recovered sufficiently to avoid being sidelined for Sunday’s game, but Cooks and Gilmore also experienced greater limitations over the week, making their designations dubious. Gilmore was a DNP for the whole week, while Cooks was limited on Wednesday and did not practise on Thursday or Friday.
