EXCITED: HE IS SIGNED…….

On March 13th, the 26 active players for the Cleveland Browns will become unrestricted free agents. The organisation will have to make a number of difficult choices involving several position groupings, but Andrew Berry and the Browns front office as a whole have been doing a great job lately.

Just seven of the 26 free agents on the team were involved in more than 30% of offensive or defensive snaps in 2023. While there aren’t many “core” players who will be available to sign free agents, there are still a good number of players who have contributed significantly to the team throughout their time in Cleveland.

Hurst’s performance during the regular season confirmed that he was among Cleveland’s best free agent additions of the 2023 offseason. He was enjoying a fantastic season for the Browns before he got hurt in week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Throughout the entire season, he was not just a valuable weapon against the run but also a dominant interior pass rusher.O

On a play-by-plTakitaki has been a valuable member of this team’s linebacker core for the majority of his 5-year NFL career so far. He’s always been one of the Browns’ better run defenders when on the field and has played a fairly large role on special teams as well. His overall versatility and production have been above-average as both a starter and a sub-package defender since he’s been in Cleveland.

There’s a chance that the team looks for cheaper options in free agency, but Takitaki is a reliable piece of this stout defense that should be re-signed.ay basis in 2023, Hurst was rated as one of the league’s top defensive tackles. Incredibly, Cleveland would be foolish to pass up the chance to have him back.
