The University of Georgia announced on Tuesday that Que crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in his sleep. He began his time with the Bulldogs on November 21, 2015, during halftime at a Georgia-Georgia Southern matchup. It was a night game, and the team’s band asked fans to “light up” Stanford Stadium as the fourth quarter approached. Georgia went on to win the game, and the rest is history.

During his tenure, Que was there through two SEC titles, two national championships and a host of bowl games. He retired in 2022 with a 91-18 record, becoming the most decorated Georgia Bulldog mascot ever.

We are saddened to announce that Uga X, fondly known as Que, died peacefully in his sleep earlier this morning.

One of my favorite photos of all-time with Que during my final year of grad school at Georgia. This was a few games before he officially became Uga X and go on to be the most decorated Uga in Bulldog history.

Dave Willock, the father of Devin Willock who was tragically killed in a car crash following a parade celebrating the Georgia Bulldogs second straight national championship, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against University System of Georgia seeking $2 million in damages, Yahoo Sports reported.

Per the police report, UGA football recruiting analyst Chandler LeCroy’s was driving with Willock in the back seat at a speed of 104 mph when her 2021 Ford Expedition veered off the road and hit collided with several trees and power poles while allegedly racing then-Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter At the time of the fatal accident, LeCroy’s blood alcohol concentration was .

197, which is about 2½ times the legal limit in Georgia. Reportedly, Devin Willock was not wearing a seatbelt while seated behind LeCroy in the backseat.

Carter, a top NFL prospect, reportedly received 12 months probation, a $1,000 fine, and must perform 80 hours of community service and finish a driving course for his role in the fatal accident. He will not serve any time in jail.
