Stefanski began his coaching career in 2006 when he joined the Minnesota Vikings as an assistant to the head coach. In 2009, he was promoted by the Vikings to the position of assistant quarterbacks coach. He held that position for four seasons before being promoted to tight ends coach in 2014.
In 2016, he was named the running backs coach and in 2017, he was promoted to quarterbacks coach. In 2019, Stefanski was named the interim offensive coordinator after the offensive coordinator John DeFlippo was fired.
In 2020 he joined the Cleveland Browns they signed him for five years and named him the head coach. In a match against the Cincinnati Bengals, he recorded his career win as a head coach and led the Browns to an 11-5 record in his first season. He was named the NFL Coach of the Year for his efforts.
Kevin Stefanski is married to Michelle Stefanski and has been married since 2007. Michelle is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in communications and works as a marketing consultant. Michelle is a strong supporter of her husband’s career and is often seen at Browns games cheering for her husband and the team.
She is also a great cook and enjoys making meals for her family and friends and they are an inspiration to many people.
