Along with All-Pro cornerback Jaylon Johnson and rookie cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, Edmunds has four picks in the season. This defence revolved around the secondary, but defensive end Montez Sweat gave this gifted team the much-needed spark—and pressure.

Thus, the Bears would probably have to give Tampa’s great free safety a blank cheque for a player of his calibre. It’s deserving for a player like Winfield Jr., but it’s unclear where Ryan Poles will prioritise safety this summer.
Since Tampa Bay also owns the franchise tag, it is quite doubtful that Winfield Jr. will go undrafted. We should continue to monitor this scenario.
