We have a straightforward plan: investigate, evaluate, and construct a team that will set us apart from the other DFS packs. As we attempt to avoid rostering all of the most well-liked draft selections, our lineups today should all contain a good amount of diversity. We are the bear in a salmon-filled stream.

The ideal lineup for the DraftKings Showdown between the Ravens and Texans
Here are the important scoring parameters for DraftKings Showdown tournaments before we discuss our lineup and strategy: There are three-point incentives for 300 passing yards, 100 running yards, and 100 receiving yards. It’s a full-point PPR system. The Captain selection increases a player’s point total by 1.5 and costs 1.5 times their initial cost.

Player Position, Team/Opponent Salary
Captain Isaiah Most LikelyTexans versus. Ravens: $10,800
AdaptableJackson LamarTexans at. Ravens $12,200 FLEXRavens vs. Nico Collins Texans$10,600 FLEXZay FlowersTexans versus. Ravens: $9,400
AdaptableJustin TuckerTexans against. Ravens $5,200 FlexDalvin CookTexans versus. Ravens: $1,200
Captain: Isaiah Most likely, Ravens, TE ($10,800)
In DK Showdown competitions, we prefer to take a risk on a high-upside skill-position player since it often gives us access to more elite players at the flex positions than if we went with an expensive superstar like Lamar Jackson. We still had money to roster big-play receivers Nico Collins and Zay Flowers in addition to LJax with Likely in the multiplier.

And with Likely, what’s not to love? During the last five games against Baltimore, he has averaged well over 15 DK points per game (PPG), demonstrating once again why he is one of Jackson’s most reliable pass-catchers when Mark Andrews is healthy.

Additionally, this season, the Texans have given up the fourth-highest DK PPG to TEs (14.1). If we can score 21–22 points at just $10,800 with a contrarian Captain choice, we will be overjoyed. We will then have strong output and lineup diversity, which are essential for success in daily fantasy sports.

FLEX: Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson ($12,200)
We always knew we were going to choose the likely MVP, but we also understood that if we wanted to compete for significant DFS payouts, we couldn’t possible afford to start him at the Captain position for $18,300. LJax had a fantastic season, averaging 22.3 DK PPG and even going over 29 points. When we last saw him, in Week 17 against the Dolphins, he dominated the Fish with a perfect QB rating of 158.3, 321 passing yards, five touchdowns, and 35 running yards.

Houston’s chances of winning versus Jackson are probably not great. The Texans have allowed a league-high seven rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks, yet they are among the top 10 defences in fantasy football. Without him, don’t start a Ravens-Texans lineup.

FLEX 2: Texans wide receiver Nico Collins ($10,600)
With talented rookie wideout Tank Dell on injured reserve, Collins is unquestionably C.J. Stroud’s top target. Collins has averaged 18.6 DK PPG this season. Over Houston’s last two games, the breakthrough third-year receiver has exploded for 59.5 DK points, collecting 15 of 16 targets for 291 yards and two touchdowns. He hasn’t dropped below 13.8 DK points in more over a month, so we’re confident in our Texans pick’s floor and ceiling.

FLEX 3: Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers ($9,400)
Big Play Zay is a great deal considering his estimated worth of up to $11,000. On almost every play, the rookie wide receiver can break up defences and gain substantial yards by creating separation. It wouldn’t surprise us in the slightest if he destroys the Texans on Saturday night with a huge home run score. In his most recent regular-season game versus Miami, Flowers scored 22.6 DK points. In the previous five games, he has scored 20 points or more.

FLEX 4: Ravens, Justin Tucker, K. ($5,200)
We considered veteran running back Justice Hill at $5,600 here, but Tucker is the most dependable kicker in NFL history, and he’s a low ceiling PPR play. Tucker should be in line for at least two field goals and three extra points since the bookies put the Ravens at a 27-point implied total. At $5,200, we’ll take a high-floor player over a low-ceiling player any day, particularly considering the enormous upside potential of our first four selections.

FLEX 5: Ravens’ Dalvin Cook, RB ($1,200)
Severe slumberer alert! To afford the other players in our squad, we sort of had to execute a “stars-and-scrub” construction, thus we went with experienced back Dalvin Cook, who was just signed by Raven. It’s not surprising that John Harbaugh would employ Cook if the Ravens build a sizable lead in the second half—Baltimore released veteran. to create space for Cook on the active roster. Dalvin Cook is the most physically fit and ready player in this game’s bargain bin, so if you’re looking for a cheap sleeper on Saturday, give him a try.

NFL DFS predictions for the Ravens-Texans: Best FanDuel lineup
The main score con

figurations for FanDuel single-game competitions are as follows: There are no three-point incentives for 300 passing yards, 100 running yards, or 100 receiving yards, and the format is half-point PPR. The MVP selection does not come at the expense of that player’s stated wage; instead, it increases their total by 1.5.

Player Position, Team/Opponent, Salary, MVPJackson LamarTexans versus. Ravens: $17,000
AdaptableRavens vs. Nico Collins Texans$14,00 FLEXEdwards, GusTexans against. Ravens: $11,000
AdaptableJustin TuckerTexans versus. Ravens$9,500
AdaptableIsaiah Most LikelyTexans versus. Ravens: $8,000
We rostered four of the same players on FanDuel as we did on DraftKings, using a very identical strategy. There were two main distinctions between our FD strategies:

Jackson was named MVP since we didn’t have to pay him more to get the 1.5-times FD bump.
Gus Edwards, who has a limited ceiling as a receiver but greater value as a back with a high touchdown potential in a half-PPR, is the player we selected.
We’ve chosen four guys with respectable touchdown probabilities and the finest, most consistent kicker in the league for this team. With this team, we wouldn’t join any enormous tournaments, but we would feel comfortable using it in a moderately sized GPP competition.

Texans vs. Ravens NFL DFS selections: Ideal SuperDraft lineup
We’re also going to rank our top DFS plays on SuperDraft, like we do every week. While SD doesn’t provide a single-game DFS competition for the Ravens-Texans match, it does offer a Saturday DFS competition that draws players from the afternoon Ravens-Texans match as well as the evening 49ers-Packers match.

For those who are not aware, SuperDraft uses point multipliers for DFS scoring instead of salary caps or tiers as in other contest formats. A good team will probably include a healthy mix of matchup-based sleepers with higher multipliers and superstar fantasy producers with 1x–1.6x boosts. SuperDraft assigns a score multiplier to each player depending on their worth. There are no limitations on who users may roster for their lineup.

The following are the most important scoring guidelines for SuperDraft NFL games: There are two-point incentives for 100 running yards, 100 receiving yards, and 300 passing yards in addition to half-point PPR and four-point throwing touchdowns. SuperDraft lineups do not include a D/ST slot.
