In the divisional round of the 2023–24 playoffs, the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers will square off. During the 49ers’ practice on Tuesday, Dre Greenlaw was not there as they got ready for their first playoff match of 2024.
The linebacker’s Achilles tendonitis will prevent him from practicing, according to coach Kyle Shanahan. Greenlaw’s injury prevented him from playing in the team’s last regular-season game.
Among the hard job that Greenlaw does for the 49ers defence include taking on lead blockers and finding himself alone in coverage. Some people may be surprised to learn that Dre has been targeted more this season than any other NFL linebacker. among the NFL, Greenlaw continues to be among the top half of linebackers in terms of tackles for loss and passes defended.
