SAD NEWS: Key Cowboys players battling crucial illness due to……

Due to an undisclosed sickness, wide receivers Brandin Cooks and Jalen Tolbert as well as CB Stephon Gilmore were noticeably missing from Thursday’s practice. The Cowboys, who want to capitalise on their recent success, are concerned about their absence

Gilmore, a critical cog of the Cowboys’ defence, had previously missed Wednesday’s practice, taking a rest day for load management. He had one of the best games of Week 14 against the Eagles, and he will be important against the Bills. Cooks is another important player whose availability on Sunday is highly anticipated. Cooks also had a half rest day on Wednesday

Micah Parsons, an edge rusher, presented another problem for the club as he was suffering from flu-like symptoms on Wednesday, which hindered his practice. There is one bright spot, though: Parsons resumed full practice on Thursday, suggesting that the team’s defensive line may benefit.

Tyron Smith, left tackle, safety Malik Hooker, and defensive tackle Jonathan Hankins were among the other important players who did not practice. Smith had a rest day, while Hankins and Hooker are battling with ailments to their knees and ankles, respectively

Cooks and Tolbert, along with Gilmore’s defensive skills, are major assets to the Cowboys’ offence and defence. Their performance against the Eagles demonstrated how valuable they are to the group

The arrival of these important guys will be crucial as the Cowboys prepare for the Bills. As they prepare for one of their most important games of the season, both the squad and the supporters are hoping for a healthy roster
