When the Green Bay Packers play the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field on Sunday, they will have an opportunity to secure a postseason berth; yet, they may not have enough wide receivers on hand for the last regular season game.

Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears has wide receiver Christian Watson listed as questionable.

Listed as questionable for the regular season finale against Chicago, Christian Watson has been out since re-aggravating his hamstring injury in week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Watson only participated in limited practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Given his rising trend, it is concerning that he was not visible on the pitch on Friday.

Prior to suffering the injury, Watson and Jordan Love were just beginning to gel. In his last two starts, Watson has caught 12 passes on 16 targets for 165 yards and three touchdowns. The offence would get a lift if Watson is able to play in the regular season finale, which is a must-win game to guarantee a postseason spot.

The Green Bay Packers have listed rookie wide receivers Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks as questionable.

Rookies Jayden Reed and Dotayvion Wicks were observed working out for Friday’s practice, despite Watson’s absence off the field. A chest issue that Reed re-aggravated forced him to miss last week’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Reed has two touchdowns and 89 yards on six catches before being taken out of the game. Reed participated in limited practice sessions during the week and appears ready to suit up for Sunday’s game against Chicago.

Despite Watson’s absence from the field, rookies Jayden Reed and Dotayvion Wicks were seen working out during Friday’s practice. Reed missed last week’s game against the Minnesota Vikings due to a re-aggravated chest condition. Before leaving the game, Reed caught six passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns. Reed took part in a few practice sessions this week and is prepared to play against Chicago on Sunday.

CBS will start airing coverage of Sunday’s regular season finale at 4:25 PM Eastern time. A victory is required for Green Bay to guarantee their spot in the playoffs. If they lost, other teams would decide their destiny.

Pat Murphy talks about his friendship with Craig Counsell and the energy he expects from their first encounter.

Pat Murphy, the manager of the Milwaukee Brewers, recently made an appearance on Foul Territory TV, where he covered a range of subjects. These included his attitude, his friendships with Corbin Burnes and Craig Counsell, his move from bullpen coach to manager, and many other things. Here, we’ll concentrate on his rapport with newly appointed Chicago Cubs manager Craig Counsell and the excitement that should be present in their next games.

Pat Murphy talks candidly about his friendship with Craig Counsell and the excitement he expects from upcoming games between the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers.

Craig Counsell and Pat Murphy have been friends for a very long time. Murphy claims to have known Counsell since the age of 17. Prior to joining the Brewers organisation as the bench coach at the end of the 2015 season, Murphy had been Counsell’s coach at Notre Dame University.

Pat Murphy is certain that they would remain friends even if they got into a fight on the pitch because of how solid their bond is. He acknowledged on Foul Territory TV that there are multiple interpretations of Counsell’s decision, varying in complexity, but he did not express any animosity towards it.

“There are a lot of perspectives on what Couns (Craig Counsell) accomplished, in my opinion. This guy and I have been close since he was 17 years old. We’ll be close forever. Counsell could get on my back in a brawl if we got into a fight.and it would be his best course of action, and we would still be (close).

“Will there be additional juice (for upcoming Brewers and Cubs games)? It will simply be so obvious that I believe the public and the fans will be well aware of it.
