Women’s World Snooker Champion Stephen Hendry acknowledges he has never watched her play.

Prior to her participation in the Champion of Champions competition, Stephen Hendry was questioned about women’s world champion Baipat Siripaporn, but he was unable to respond.

For the Champion of Champions competition, Stephen Hendry had neglected to complete his homework.

ITV host Jill Douglas was taken aback when snooker star Stephen Hendry revealed he had never watched women’s world champion Baipat Siripaporn play.

On Tuesday, November 14, Hendry, 54, was providing commentary for the first day of the Champion of Champions competition, in which Siripaporn is a competitor. In March, she defeated China’s Bai Yulu 6-3 in her home country of Thailand to win her maiden global championship.

Douglas remarked, “Another player who is here is the women’s world champion, Baipat Siripaporn,” prior to her matchup with Judd Trump later this week. It’s great that she is involved. To what extent have you found her play impressive?

The Amazon Prime subscription, which costs £8.99 a month or £95 a year for an individual, includes access to Prime Video.

All of Amazon Prime’s benefits, including as free Premium and Same-Day Delivery in certain residential postcodes, are included with the subscription, in addition to access to the entire Prime Video content library.

Prime also offers a discounted membership, Prime Student for higher education students.

You can also sign-up for Prime Video on its own for £5.99 per month, however, you won’t get the other benefits that come with Prime — like free One-Day Delivery and Same-Day Delivery on eligible orders and fast grocery delivery and pickup.

Hendry replied: “I have to be honest, I’ve never seen her play Jill.” His answer prompted Douglas to hit back: “Oh come on Stephen.”

He then continued: “I mean, she’s playing Judd Trump. Look, she’s not going to beat him, she might not even win a frame. But what an experience to be in this prestigious event and play against the form player this season.”

His colleague Neal Foulds jumped in to somewhat spare his blushes, adding: “I think she’s a good player. You know, I think we’re seeing certain players coming through.

Although Reanne Evans has won the world title so many times, it’s possible that other players will now follow suit. Fans’ opinions over Henderson’s lack of investigation were divided; one said, “ITV should make sure all analysts do some research before appearing on TV.”

Stephen Hendry’s

revelation that he has never watched the women’s world snooker champion play the game doesn’t seem to have impressed presenter Jill Douglas all that much.
