Following yet another outstanding performance that debuted on NBC Sports Philadelphia, A.J. Brown receives an award.

Due to his outstanding play against the Dolphins on Sunday night, A.J. Brown—who has been on a run for the past month—was awarded the NFC Player of the Week on Wednesday.

In Brown’s five years in the NFL, this is his first Player of the Week honour.

In the Eagles’ 31-17 victory over the Dolphins, Brown had 10 receptions for 137 yards and a score, improving his season total to 6-1.

Even yet, it wasn’t his best effort of the month. Johnson tied the NFL record on Sunday by accumulating more over 125 yards in five consecutive games.

The last five games played by Brown are as follows:A.J. Brown - Philadelphia Eagles Wide Receiver - ESPN

In addition, Brown follows Eli Manning (four times) and Deuce McAllister as the only other former Ole Miss player to receive an OPOW award.

In the 2023 season, Brown is also the fourth Eagles player to win Player of the Week after seven weeks of competition:

BrownThe Eagles needed to rebound from their first loss of the season against the Dolphins last Sunday night and wide receiver A.J. Brown did his best to make sure that it happened. Brown had 10 catches for 137 yards against Miami and two of his catches loomed very large in the final result. After the Dolphins tied the game at 17 in the third quarter, Brown put the Eagles back on top with a 14-yard touchdown catch from Jalen Hurts. Brown then set up the icing on the cake by reeling in a 42-yard bomb from Hurts to set up a Kenneth Gainwell touchdown in the fourth quarter.

The Eagles won 31–17 as a result of those scores, and on Wednesday, Brown was named the NFC offensive player of the week by the NFL.

In his second season with the Eagles, Brown is on track to surpass his 88 catches for 1,496 yards from the previous year, with 41 receptions for 699 yards over the last five weeks.
