Two senior players, Koiki and McGowan, will play for the Cobblers in a friendly match against Luton Town.
After a goalless second half, Cobblers struck first in the 68th minute through a Jamari Hart finish, and they took the lead ten minutes later. Oli Lynch gave Northampton a late scare, but they bounced back quickly to win the game, with young striker Neo Dobson sealing the victory in the 89th minute.
The Cobblers, who include recent addition Andros Townsend, take on the Hatters, who also include Max Thompson, Peter Abimbola, Neo Dobson, Jamari Hart, Ryan Haynes, Ali Koiki, Harvey Lintott, Aaron McGowan, Josh Rayfield, Jacob Scott, Josh Tomlinson, and Reuben Wyatt.
