Fichajes claims that Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will battle with Tottenham to sign 23-goal striker Santiago Gimenez of Feyenoord. Since the start of the season, the Mexican striker has been in incredible form, which has inevitably drawn the attention of some elite clubs.

As things stand, a move away from Feyenoord looks imminent, either in January or next summer. A move to Real Madrid would certainly fulfil the player’s dream, but Tottenham aren’t too bad either for an alternative option for Gimenez.
